Acceptance of Terms

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 and 30 minutes after the request has been approved.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.
• All transactions must use an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.
• Withdrawals to third parties or accounts not belonging to the member are prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotions

nasib888 offers various promotional offers from time to time. The first bonus offered to new members is a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888, with a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value received.

How the nasib888 welcome bonus is calculated:

The wagering requirement refers to the total amount the member must wager (calculated from the bonus value received) before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Members are required to fulfil the wagering requirement within the period set by nasib888.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible member.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or converted directly into cash.
• nasib888 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus if a member is suspected of fraud.
• Participation in any promotion is considered acceptance of that promotion's terms and conditions.

Member Responsibilities

As a nasib888 member, you agree to:

• Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not as a primary source of income.
• Keep your account password and login information confidential from others.
• Notify nasib888 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Ensure that all personal information stored in your account is current and accurate.

• Do not use the platform in any condition that may impair your ability to make rational decisions.

nasib888 is not responsible for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their own account secure, including cases where a password is shared or disclosed to another party.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and further appropriate action:

• Opening or operating more than one account for the same individual.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of fraud, misuse, or manipulation of the nasib888 payment system.
• Attempts to exploit technical errors or bugs in the platform system.
• Use of illegally obtained funds for deposit or betting activities — nasib888 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• Making unauthorised chargebacks on deposits that have been used for betting.
• Sharing or selling an account to another party.

Platform Provider Rights

nasib888 reserves the right to:

All decisions made by nasib888 regarding game disputes, fraud investigations, and bonus administration are final.

Limitation of Liability

• Any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, Internet outages, or external factors beyond nasib888's control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of a member's account.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive claims arising from use of the platform.

Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the nasib888 support team via live chat or email. Before the account closure is processed:

• All active bets will be settled according to the valid outcome.
• Any eligible cash balance will be returned to the member once all checks have been completed.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled.

Applicable Law
